EVENTS:

1) Axle and Log Alternating Clean and Press: Athlete must clean the axle and press it to a full lockout. Once the down command is given, the athlete returns the axle to the ground and proceeds to move to the log to clean and press it to a full lockout. Then athlete then goes back to the axle and continues in an alternating fashion until the one minute time limit is up. Knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, and belts are allowed.

2) Progressive Car Dead: Athlete must pull to a full lockout. Once the down command is given the athlete must return the vehicle to the ground where additional weight will be added after each rep until the athlete is no longer able to complete a rep OR until the max weight has been reached, at which point the athlete will have 30 additional seconds to get as many reps as possible. There will be no “up” command so touch and go reps are permissible. Straps, belts, and deadlift suits are allowed.

3) Chain Drag: At the start command the athlete will drag the chain 50 feet touch the line and then drag it back 50 feet (100 feet total). Once any part of the chain crosses the line, the time stops. 60 second time cap.

4) Keg Over Bar (head-to-head): A competitor will be positioned one each side of the yoke. At the start command, the first athlete will load the keg over the bar at which point the competitor on the other side will load the keg back over the yoke. Each athlete will have fifteen seconds to load the keg successfully. Both athletes will continue until they can not complete a rep in the 15 second time frame. Max reps wins.
