Get fit while learning mixed martial arts. Our gym offers MMA training that will test your limits while teaching you several disciplines of martial arts including ju-jitsu, wrestling, boxing, self-defense, and more. Whether you're a novice looking to try something new or a competitive fighter, we have training routines for you.

Powerlifting & Strongman

Build strength and muscle using our combination of standard weightlifting, powerlifting, and strongman equipment. Whether you're a beginner or a competitive lifter, we have the perfect atmosphere to help you move as much weight as possible. We can also design training programs to push you farther than you thought possible.

Fitness, Cardio & Endurance

We're equipped to help individuals of ALL fitness levels burn fat, build endurance, and improve one's overall health. Members can use our 20 machine circuit designed to work every bodypart. You could work up a sweat and slim down on a piece of our cardio equipment including: treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, C2 rowers, and stairmasters. Or have a little fun and try one of our wide variety of exercise classes to help you reach your fitness goals.

A fitness club founded by the three JD’s (James Dalton Jr., James Dalton III, and Jonathan Dalton).

Located at 3542 Lemay Ferry Road, JD’s Gym is a full service gym with something for everyone. We offer: a full circuit of machines, cardio, fitness classes, powerlifting/ strongman, MMA training, and functional training in a friendly, family-like atmosphere.
